6. REMOVAL OF CONTENT. If THRIVETOGETHER.ORG removes any materials from this site all licenses granted with respect to the removed materials are immediately terminated except as otherwise expressly stated in the THRIVETOGETHER.ORG may amend this Agreement by uploading the amended version to this site, and all subsequent use of the materials shall be governed by the revised agreement.

9. GOVERNING LAW. THRIVETOGETHER.ORG (excluding linked sites) is controlled by THRIVE TOGETHER, INC., which is headquartered in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, United States of America. It can be accessed from all 50 states, as well as from other countries around the world. As each of these places may have laws that differ from those of Massachusetts, by accessing this Web site both you and THRIVE TOGETHER, INC. agree that the statutes and laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflicts of laws principles thereof, will apply to all matters arising from or relating to use of THRIVETOGETHER.ORG. You and THRIVE TOGETHER, INC. also agree and hereby submit to the exclusive personal jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts of Massachusetts with respect to such matters. THRIVE TOGETHER, INC. makes no representation that materials on THRIVETOGETHER.ORG are appropriate or available for use in other locations, and accessing them from territories where their contents are illegal is prohibited. Those who choose to access THRIVETOGETHER.ORG from other locations are responsible for compliance with local laws.
   
   
10. MISCELLANEOUS. The failure of THRIVETOGETHER.ORG to insist upon strict enforcement of any provision of this agreement shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. 11. ADVERTISING POLICY. THRIVETOGETHER.ORG will not display advertising within the content of the website and this website content is offered free of charge. A separate portion of the site has been designated for advertising, sponsorship, e-commerce and other commercial activities and these are clearly separated from the content of the site. THRIVETOGETHER.ORG does not recommend or endorse any procedures or companies that may be mentioned on the Site. Advertisers, sponsors or other commercial entities have no influence over the content within this Site.
